not part of the solution
Mar 13, 2011Sometimes I read an email that makes me so irrationally angry I want to jump up and down on my keyboard. Take for example a colleague who peppers their writing with meaningless, out-of-context expressions like:
- engagement
- incident space
- interface
- leverage
People like this are not part of the solution. At best, they will not become part of the problem. I’m not against someone acting as a clearing house for information and direct activity. It’s a useful function and, really, thankless work.
