To whom it may concern:
Prior to this morning I did not have a strong opinion on the Albany County District Attorney’s race but now I do. During the night or very early morning someone climbed uphill to my flower bed to hammer your banner into my front yard. I removed it.
A candidate running on a platform of “Integrity” is obligated to hold their daily campaign activities to this ideal. I see that the Cusick campaign has failed to inform their operators and volunteers in such basic civic lessons as respect for private property. I ask myself what else your supporters think is beneath consideration and what that says about the campaign and the candidate.
Do not apologize, it is not a substitute for asking permission.
