The house inspection went okay- not perfect but nothing major found- and now it’s a matter of working out a closing date.

I wrote the other day that we made an offer on a house. The seller’s realtor reached him by email and stopped other showings this weekend. It’s not a done deal until he gets back but it’s looking very good!

We made an offer on a house but the seller is out of town, unreachable by phone and left no word with realtor or attorney. We have to wait until his return on Sunday for an answer. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
